The most important thing is to describe in detail what you offer to the candidates. The vacancy ad must include:
📌 Name of employer company and contacts.
📌 Job description with key information about responsibilities and working conditions.
📌 If you offer a job abroad – there must be accurate information about the foreign company and an indication that this is an offer directly from the employer. If you represent a recruitment / recruitment agency – write that the employment service for candidates is free.
📌 Also, the text of the vacancy should not contain discriminatory wording.
