Order After selecting the goods, the buyer clicks "Buy with delivery", provides the contact details and the number of the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta office, where it is most convenient to pick up the item. The seller has two days to confirm the order, and three more - to send it. 
Payment The cost of goods, delivery and commission for the transfer of funds are reserved on the buyer's card when placing an order on OLX. But the seller does not receive the money immediately, only after the customer checkd the item at the post office and picks it up. 
Receiving The buyer checks the order at the post office. If all is well, they accept the item. The money comes to the seller's card within two hours. The buyers can reject the item not liking it, and it will be returned to the seller free of charge.

- What products can be sold with the OLX Delivery service?
Those with a price – from 30 to 24 799 UAH, and bulk density – up to 30 kg. There are also restrictions in certain product categories. More details here.
- Who pays for the delivery of goods?
Delivery to the branch of our logistics partners is paid by the buyer. If the product does not suit them or they don’t not pick it up – the parcel will be returned to you for free.
- When and how will I receive money for the purchase?
The money will arrive on the card within 2 hours after the buyer checks and picks up the item at the delivery service.
- How much time do I have to send the goods to the buyer?
Two days – to confirm the transaction, three more – to send the goods.
- Are my card details secure?
Yes, all data is stored in the encrypted form by our financial partner UAPAY, which has the necessary security certificates. International companies such as VISA and Mastercard work with UAPAY.
- How to connect OLX Delivery?
The service is activated automatically when you post ads for the sale of goods that meet the delivery parameters. At the same time, if the buyer lives in the same locality as you, you can meet with them in person and make a deal.
