GOVERNMENT PROGRAM ON TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF ENTERPRISES FROM THE REGIONS THAT SUFFERED FROM WAR
Ukrainian companies that are in the zone of active hostilities can receive state assistance in moving their facilities to the western regions of Ukraine.
The program is aimed at preserving the production and labor potential of Ukraine and is aimed at all enterprises that want to relocate production in the western regions of Ukraine.
For companies that apply, assistance will be provided in:
Free moving to the place of temporary relocation 
Selection of appropriate areas for production 
Relocation and resettlement of staff 
Search and selection of employees in the place of deployment after moving The program is implemented on the basis of the following regulations:
Government Resolution No. 305 of March 17, 2022 – regulates free transportation of property of domestic enterprises;
Government Order No. 245-r of March 25, 2022 – provides a plan of urgent measures to relocate Ukrainian companies to safe areas.
